Membership dues along with hard copies of Membership/Renewal Application form AND a signed Membership Contract can be tendered at any time but must be submitted by or at the annual meeting on January 14th in order to maintain full voting membership status. This means that your dues must be paid AND accompanied with a Membership/Renewal Application form AND a signed Membership Contract prior to the start of the general membership meeting if you want your vote to be counted towards any items voted on at the meeting. It is preferred that you send in your dues with both the Membership/Renewal Application form and the signed Membership Contract by mail in advance of the meeting (both are required). A hard copy of both the Membership/Renewal Application form and a signed Membership Contract MUST be submitted with ALL payment of dues, even if making payment in person at the meeting. If you plan to pay at the meeting, there won’t be any hard copies of these documents available so print your own copies of both and bring them to the meeting with your dues. If paid at the meeting without these two hard copy documents, your renewal check will be held and your membership date will not be recorded until said documents are received. This means you will lose your status as a voting member for 2024.
